Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Immigration Consultant  with exceptional writing skills to manage individual immigration cases and craft high-impact documents such as business plans, service descriptions, and client advisories. This role combines legal precision, client advocacy, and strategic writing to support clients in achieving their immigration goals.


Key Responsibilities

Case Management

  • Assess client eligibility for visas, residency, citizenship, and investment-based immigration programs
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies, legal partners, and clients to resolve complex cases, including appeals and status renewals.

Expert Writing & Documentation

  • Draft immigration-compliant business plans for visa applications including market analysis, financial projections, and employment outlooks.
  • Develop clear, persuasive service descriptions, client guides, and policy summaries tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws to produce accurate advisories and compliance materials.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend optimal pathways.
  • Provide culturally sensitive support to clients navigating relocation challenges, including pre-departure and arrival logistics.


Requirements

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in immigration consulting, legal services, or case management, with exposure to investment-based programs (e.g., real estate, government bonds).
  • Proven ability to write immigration-compliant business plans, legal documents, or policy briefs.
  • Skills:
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret immigration laws and translate them into actionable client strategies.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills, with attention to detail for error-free submissions.
  • Attributes:
