Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a diligent intern who is...

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, Master's degree in I/O Psychology or related discipline
• Interested in building a career in consulting for talent assessment and management, recruitment and talent development, organisational development
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Conscientious and responsible
• Possesses an analytical mind and is sensitive to data
• A supportive team player
  
  

The intern is expected to work with us on a full/part-time basis from February 2025 with at least a 6-month commitment (can be further discussed based on individual circumstances). We may extend the internship period if the intern performs well (subject to business needs).

During The Internship, We Will Provide a Well-structured Training To The Intern. It Is a Great Opportunity To Gain Hands-on Experience In The Business Environment By Supporting Our Day-to-day Operation

Job Scope

(subject to project needs) Learning

• Support our Professional Service team on managing a wide range of talent assessment and management consultancy projects (e.g., competency modelling, assessment design, visionary interview, assessment/development centre, etc.) and leadership development workshops for talents from junior to mid-to-senior levels, including both programme design, pre-programme coordination and delivery support.
• Support our Business Development and Marketing teams on desktop research and project coordination.
• Apply analytical skills to provide insights in talent analysis.
  
  

On-the-Job Training

• Understand more on consultants’ duties through job shadowing/observations in various projects.
  
  

Personality & Ability Assessment Course

• Learn how to use our signature products in the workplace (e.g., OPQ).
  
  

Project Management Skills

• Learn basic project management skills and chances to be a project leader when opportunity arises.
  
  

Universal Competency Framework (UCF) Training

• Learn how to use the Universal Competency Framework (i.e., a comprehensive framework that can effectively describe key competencies in different organisations all over the world).
