Job Summary

The role focuses on managing and growing wealth management, insurance services, marketing and customer experience tailored for retail customers in digital platform.

Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Development:

- Formulate strategies to enhance wealth management and insurance offerings for retail customers.

- Align product offerings with the overall goals of the retail banking division in digital platform.


2. Client Engagement:

- Develop initiatives to grow retail customers, including personalized service with good customer experience.

- Foster relationships with high-net-worth individuals and mass affluent customers.


3. Product Management:

- Oversee the development and marketing of wealth management and insurance services for retail customers.

-Improve the retail customer experience in account opening/payment/remittance/foreign exchange

- Supervise the retail customer APP UI&UX design and optimization, and retail customer experience and business process optimization

- Ensure products meet retail customer needs and comply with regulatory standards.


4. Sales Performance:

- Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics for wealth and insurance teams.

- Implement training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.


5. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks related to wealth management and insurance products.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies.



Requirements


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, or related financial services
  • In-depth understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and financial markets. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in wealth management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in financial analysis and investment strategy development.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for wealth management services.
