We are seeking a full-time Operation Support Officer to join our growing Hong Kong-based operation team. This position offers great potential for learning and advancement.  

As the Operation Support Officer , you will ensure seamless daily operations through maintenance, equipment installation, and workflow optimization. You will thrive in a dynamic environment driven by efficiency and teamwork, managing inventory, assisting with customer service, and providing technical support. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Provide day-to-day operation support, including routine and corrective maintenance, equipment installation at garages, and ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.   
• Manage stock control and inventory management to ensure accurate tracking and replenishment of supplies.   
• Assisted in customer service and sales-related tasks, handled customer inquiries, and provided technical support as needed.   
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive working environment.   
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure.   
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business operations.  

Required Skills / Experience:  

• Minimum 3 years of frontline work experience; garage operations experience is a plus.   
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.   
• Strong hands-on, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.   
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   
• Proficient in written English and Chinese;   
• IT background is a plus.   
• Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 & 2) are preferred.  
• Self-motivated, hardworking, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
