Your Role:
As a member of BD team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by creating and executing strategic sales plans. Your expertise in building strong client relationships, navigating complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals will be essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in targeted international regions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in large corporations.
- Understand client needs and deliver customized technology solutions to address their requirements.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing insights and best practices.
Complex Deal Closure
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for complex deals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while meeting company goals.
Performance Monitoring
- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular progress reports.
- Adjust sales strategies based on performance data and market dynamics to ensure target achievement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Possess valuable network in construction, manufacturing or oil and gas industries - preferrable
- Bachelor’s degree from an overseas university; advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years (for Exec to Sr. Exec Level) 5 years (for ABDM to BDM Level) of international business experience, specifically in B2B technology solution sales.
- Proven success in closing complex deals with large corporate clients.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to present their value to clients.
- Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
