A fast-growing hedge fund is looking for a new Investor Relations Officer.

Your new company

Our client is a fast-growing asset management company with a strong performance record. They collaborate with a listed financial services company and serve a diverse client base, including government reserve funds, global financial institutions, and family offices. Utilising a unique investment process that combines quantitative and discretionary strategies, they offer hedge fund products investing in listed equity markets across Asia and Europe. With plans for global expansion, they are committed to delivering exceptional investment solutions to their clients.

Your new role

• Represent the firm professionally in all stakeholder correspondence and manage the subscription and redemption process for commingled funds.
  
• Maintain the firm's CRM system for sales and client servicing.
  
• Coordinate and support marketing meetings, including research and presentation preparation; organise and manage roadshows and marketing trips to ensure efficient logistics and successful investor engagement.
  
• Support fundraising activities by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with potential investors.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above; finance or business-related degree preferred.
  
• 2-5 years of relevant or adjacent experience.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  
• Native-level fluency in spoken and written English.
  
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is beneficial.
