Job Description

The Head of Growth and Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive user acquisition. This role requires leveraging startup experience to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships while building and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships within the Web 3 ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends and user data to inform decision-making.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of growth professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with product development and marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated on industry trends, blockchain technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in growth, business development, or partnerships, ideally in startups or the Web 3 space.
• Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics.
• Proven experience in recruiting and managing a high-performing team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and blockchain technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
