Contek is a quantitative trading firm specialising in the blockchain sector. Our trading strategies are built on a foundation of rigorous scientific research, complemented by our in-house development of cutting-edge trading technologies and systems. Its core members are graduates from prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University, Oxford and Imperial College London, etc, and have previous experience working at hedge funds (WorldQuant, GSA Capital, Jump Trading, etc) and technology companies (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc).
The founding team began trading cryptocurrencies in early 2017 and, over a span of six years, has developed a profound understanding of market structures and blockchain technology. - 制定并优化招聘流程和策略,设计或引入高效的招聘工具和技术,提升招聘质量和效率。
- 负责候选人面试安排、反馈跟踪及offer谈判,确保良好的候选人体验。
- 协助员工入职、离职手续的办理,维护员工档案,确保信息的准确性和保密性。
- 参与公司人力资源政策的制定与优化,协助提升员工满意度和保留率。
能力要求:
- 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理或相关专业优先。
- 2年以上人力资源招聘相关经验,有量化交易、金融科技或互联网行业招聘经验者优先。
- 熟悉招聘全流程管理,能够独立完成从职位发布到候选人入职的招聘工作。
- 具备良好的沟通与协调能力,能够与候选人、部门负责人及公司高层有效沟通。
- 熟悉人力资源管理的基本流程,了解劳动法及相关法律法规。
- 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力,能够快速了解量化交易行业的特点和人才需求。

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in the quantitative trading industry, including quantitative researchers, software engineers, and other key positions.
- Source and attract top talent through diverse channels (e.g., social media, professional networks, job boards, industry events) to achieve recruitment goals efficiently.
- Optimizing recruitment processes by exploring and implementing advanced recruitment tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, track feedback, and manage offer negotiations to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, maintain employee records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in the development and optimization of company HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in conducting market compensation research to support the design of competitive salary and benefits packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- More than 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, with prior experience in headhunting, quantitative trading, fintech, or internet industries being a plus.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and the ability to manage recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, department heads, and senior management.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and familiarity with labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly understand the nuances of the quantitative trading industry and its talent needs.
- Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
