Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in the quantitative trading industry, including quantitative researchers, software engineers, and other key positions.
2. Source and attract top talent through diverse channels (e.g., social media, professional networks, job boards, industry events) to achieve recruitment goals efficiently.
3. Optimizing recruitment processes by exploring and implementing advanced recruitment tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
4. Coordinate candidate interviews, track feedback, and manage offer negotiations to ensure a positive candidate experience.
5. Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, maintain employee records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Participate in the development and optimization of company HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
7. Assist in conducting market compensation research to support the design of competitive salary and benefits packages.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. More than 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, with prior experience in headhunting, quantitative trading, fintech, or internet industries being a plus.
3. Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and the ability to manage recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding independently.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, department heads, and senior management.
5. Basic knowledge of HR processes and familiarity with labor laws and relevant regulations.
6. Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly understand the nuances of the quantitative trading industry and its talent needs.
7. Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
