Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20+ professionals
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to facilitate successful product launches
• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and service providers
• Establish and maintain robust operational controls and risk management frameworks
• Oversee NAV calculations, daily cash management, and position reconciliation
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems
• Provide strategic input on new business initiatives and product development

Requirements:

• Seasoned leader in the asset management operations arena
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of asset management operations, including fund administration, trade processing, and reconciliation9

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors, MBA or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA)
• Experience with operational risk management and compliance
• Knowledge of industry-standard software and systems
• Proven track record in implementing operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures
• Experience in managing relationships with external service providers and custodians
