Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the financial close process, compilation of external and internal financial reporting, schedule and completion of audit, tax and other compliance requirement across the region
• Supervisor budgeting process with supporting financial analyses
• Responsible for preparing monthly forecast updates for senior management
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested (including daily/weekly bank reconciliation)
• Handle project ledgers and analyze budget variances
• Responsible for the review of internal controls to ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures
• Review the relevant business contracts

Your background:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / equivalent qualifications
• At least 6-8 years in Finance or related function (finance and admin, business and financial analysis) for local or regional commercial, including experience of forecasting and internal control
• Preferable to have experience working in multi-cultural and global organizations with a matrix structure
• Preferable to have big 4 experience

Languages:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
