HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The successful candidate will join the Regional Business Foundations team in providing user and system support to our Finance users and participating in APAC system rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations and Support :
  • Manage and support business needs for accounting, cost controlling, product costing and finance consolidation
  • Monitor incidents to ensure issues are closed in a timely manner and within agreed SLA
  • Organize and coordinate testing sessions for system releases and upgrades
  • Work with cross-functional teams and Finance management teams/key users within APAC
  • Interface with Central Team / Functional BPIs on template / process improvement / functional rollout
  • Review, prepare and update documentation (procedure/manual)
  • Provide training on systems and business processes if required

Projects

  • Involve in project implementation, gap analysis, blueprint / requirements gathering and document preparation
  • Support rollout projects, continuous improvement projects, deploy group procedures and tools
  • Coordinate with key users through different phases of the implementation cycle
  • Perform data migration and authentication settings if required

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Degree holder preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Management or related disciplines, strong background of business processes is a definite asset
  • Minimum 5 years of implementation and support experience in SAP FI/CO module
  • SAP Finance/FICO experience, including sub-modules of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, COPA, Bank Accounting, etc., and integration with modules (e.g. SD/MM), retail and other digital support systems.
  • Knowledge of Concur and/or Matchbox is a plus
  • Experience in global / regional projects roll-out is a plus
  • Proven experience in standard and intercompany flows implementation is a plus
  • Strong ability to interact with business users
  • Ability to perform cross functional analysis and solve problems
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Mature, self-initiated and willing to face challenge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Willing to travel on a periodical basis
