Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
· Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve excellence; e.g., demonstrating proactive problem-solving, commitment to quality, and effective communication
· Ensure compliance with company and client policies, requirements and procedures
· Acquire and maintain knowledge for team service scope and pass information to team members
Project Management:
· Executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to expected quality
· Review project input to ensure complete for execution
· Review completed projects before submitting to Client Coordination Team
· Utilize software (CMS) and AI solutions
Communication:
· Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments
· Represent the team in primary focus clients meetings
Project work:
· Creating, checking, and proofreading of artwork documents for consumer goods according to customer, legal and safety requirements English (hard copies, digital and video scrips)
· Primary focus on general clients
· Checking of product samples against and alongside artwork documents
· Review technical documentation related to artwork creation
· Communicate with designers, Coordination Team regarding artwork projects
· Create briefings and work with designers for required illustrations
· Touching up of product drawings/illustrations
· Delivering high quality services within strict lead times
· Acting as deputy for other team members
· Follow all internal guidelines and processes
· Support and use internal Content Management Systems
· Work closely with Coordination Team to achieve project profitability target

when handling multiple projects.

issues.

to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced colleagues, contributing to the
overall growth and development of the team.
· Supporting team objectives: Even if you are not in a formal leadership position, you should actively

accountable, and willing to actively participate in team activities and initiatives.
· Coordination, handling and following-up of multiple projects at any given time
· Handling of other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
· Handling of general enquiries from primary focus client
· Work with team members to achieve team targets and tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum education: University Degree in Translation, Technical Writing, Technical Studies, Communication, Technical Journalism or related fields
Minimum professional experience: 2-3 years in related industry
Minimum know how:
· English at native level - other languages a plus
· Excellent writing and communication skills
· Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
· Knowledge of Adobe CC Suit with focus on InDesign and Illustrator or similar
· Technical / engineering background
· Knowledge of technical documentation, standards and directives
· Team spirit, innovative and proactive with high sense of responsibility
· Organized, dynamic and agile
· Loyal, honest and trustworthy
· Able to work independently and part of a team
· Able to work with tight schedules and under pressure
· Good communication and explanation skills
· Detail-orientated and proactive in doing research
· Logical thinking and analytical mind is must
