Position Overview:

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Director of Real Estate Asset Management to lead efforts in driving value creation across portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enhancing asset performance through tenant-centric initiatives, operational efficiency, and amenity excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution to ensure our properties remain competitive and desirable in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies that drive value creation, focusing on tenant satisfaction, operational excellence, and amenity quality.
• Oversee property operations to ensure best-in-class tenant experiences, including leasing, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leasing, property management, finance, and development) to optimize asset performance and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor market trends, tenant needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction levels are consistently high.
• Lead the planning and execution of capital improvement projects, ensuring they align with the overall asset strategy and enhance property value.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on asset performance and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or a related field, with a focus on commercial or mixed-use properties.
• Proven track record of driving value creation through tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and amenity quality.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.
