If you join us, some of your responsibilities will be:

- Experience in handling client enquiries via various channels such as email, phone, and live chat, specifically related to company formation, maintenance, bank account opening, and compliance work

- Able to understand and fulfil customers' needs effectively

- Demonstrated expertise in providing service solutions tailored to potential clients

- Strong ability to follow up promptly on leads generated from different sources and convert them into profitable business opportunities

-Develop and maintain effective customer and channel relationship

- Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive efforts and consistent communication

- Ability to achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators related to business development

We would love to see:

• A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in SME or consumer sectors or within a high-growth online start-up environment

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Knowledge of company incorporation processes would be advantageous

• Strong selling skills and a sales-driven mindset

• Demonstrated ability in time management and multitasking

• Excellent communication skills in English
