Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Sort and evaluate diamonds based on quality, size, cut, color, and clarity.
• Purchase diamonds from suppliers, ensuring alignment with GIA certification standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer demands and preferences.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct thorough inspections of diamonds, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in developing relationships with suppliers and negotiating the best prices.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Diploma holder of gems or diamond grading is preferable (FGA / DGA / GIA, etc.)
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of diamond grading and valuation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
