Description:
- Research, design and perform cell culture experiments using cell lines and primary cells.
- Record, interpret and report experiment data in a clear and concise manner and communicate results to team members; demonstrates scientific rigor in assessing own data and that of others;
- Present experimental results at internal and external meetings;
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's / Doctoral Degree in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines.
Required Skills:
- Cell culture
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CAR-T cell production
- T cell culture and engineering
- Flow cytometry
- Packaging and handling of lentiviral vector or other replication-imcompetent virus
