Our client, a multinational company in Hong Kong, is seeking a
Claims Manager to support their new business strategy. Candidates with proven claims experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee the claims department, supervising team members and ensuring high service standards.
- Develop and train team members through performance appraisals, structured planning, and continuous monitoring.
- Act as an escalation point for complex cases and negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients.
- Enhance claims-related workflows and collaborate with other offices to share best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management and other departments to provide updates and support.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of claims experience; knowledge of health claims is a plus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
