The Member Engagement and Support team is a client facing group providing support services to members of TU. The team is responsible for answering member’s enquiries, handling feedback, and addressing complaints.  This role is responsible for providing backend support with regards to member engagement, assisting team with the handling and addressing of member enquiries, performing system record checking, and various task as assigned. 

 

How You’ll Contribute 

  • Responsible for internal projects including project /systems implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering in various internal operations areas
  • Serve as 1st line of support by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues
  • Manage all project documentations and data for audit purpose
  • Conduct checks and reconciliations of the general ledger and system records
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and thoroughly document the test result for sign off purpose
  • Proactively acquire the latest job knowledge to support daily operation needs
  • Support and assist the Operations Team with daily tasks and orders
  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation as required by the team
  • Perform any assigned ad-hoc duties as needed

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
  • 3 years of experience in business/administration field, preferably in banking or finance industry
  • Proficiency in MS office applications, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good operation risk awareness 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated approach to work
  • Knowledge in Salesforce / Credit Data Smart (CDS) will be an advantage
