Responsibilities

• Manage the Electromechanical (E&M) division, ensuring effective implementation of maintenance and project initiatives.
• Execute daily tasks related to the upkeep, repair, and minor modifications of systems and equipment.
• Develop standards for regular maintenance practices, focusing on resource management, productivity improvements, and seamless collaboration with the operations team.
• Engage with contractors, assessing their performance and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct acceptance testing for new installations, verifying they meet specified requirements.
• Keep detailed records related to licensing, warranty claims, and necessary follow-up actions.
• Strategize inventory management and usage control for spare parts, consumables, and tools related to equipment maintenance.
• Create tender documents and oversee the tendering process, including project setup, installation, and scheduling.
• Ensure rigorous quality control throughout all project tasks.
• Facilitate training sessions for relevant departments before the completion of projects.
• Provide ongoing reports and constructive recommendations to management.
• Supervise team members, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• 5-day work (Mon-Sun), 09:00 - 18:00 

Requirements :

• Min. 3yrs' experience in building maintenance within the construction or property management sectors, with leadership management experienced will be an advantage
• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Marine Engineering
• Good command of Spoken & Written in English and Chinese
• Availability and willingness to work night shifts when necessary.
• Immediate available preferred
