Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail operations for excellence and performance.
• Develop strategies to boost sales and optimize costs.
• Identify growth opportunities and enhance brand image.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Drive efficiency through resource optimization and training.
• Create sales incentives to motivate the team.
• Analyze sales data and market trends for growth.
• Lead and coach managers and sales staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and high engagement.
• Guide the team to ensure effective promotional displays.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance for promotions.
• Work with cross-functional teams on campaigns and enhancements.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and authorities.

Requirements:

• Min. 10 years' experience in retail operations, preferably in beauty or travel retail.
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of retail market and customer relationship strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese in a MUST, proficient in English & Mandarin.
• Experience in VM and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer relationship .
