About the Company:
My client is a MNC and they are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their team.

My client is looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist focused on Talent Acquisition and HR operation matters. This role will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to various HR projects. The ideal candidate should have inhouse TA experience before – coming from industries such as Insurance / Banking / Professional Services may have an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the responsible departments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting candidates
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates
• Coordinate and drive the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers
• Work closely with recruitment agencies from sharing hiring requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates
• Assist in other HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, employee engagement programs when necessary

Skills & Experiences required:

• University degree in HR Management or a related field  
• At least 3 years of Talent acquisition experience from Banking/ Financial Services / Professional Services
• Candidates with more/ less experience will be considered as well  
• The ideal candidate should be fast paced, driven and agile
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a MUST
• Candidate with short notice is preferred
