To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber for the following position:
 

  Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production program from proposal to production stage, including product engineering, quality control etc to fulfil customers’ demand

• Build a master plan to monitor the project milestone and make sure the project ramp up smoothly

• Effectively communicate and coordinate between various parties 

• Monitoring project risk and take preventive and corrective actions

• Perform project analysis, feasibility study and handle various reporting request from customers

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines

• Min. 3 years of experience in project/program management in manufacturing industry 

• Knowledge of manufacturing cycle is preferred

• Familiar with the characteristics of precision metal and its related manufacturing process is a plus 

• Strong communication skills, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical skills and opened mind

• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Competence in project management and negotiation skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Good knowledge in computer (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Frequent travel to China & Overseas is required
