Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Manage the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage and develop the accounting team, providing mentorship and training as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including shop, marketing, and operations, to support business objectives

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the beauty or consumer products industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
