Answer and screen phone calls, and accurately respond to client inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Compile various financial reports, presentations, and other important documents for supervisors and colleagues.
Manage files, establishing and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
Arrange company meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
Prepare meeting materials and record meeting minutes.
Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry.
Requirements:
HKDSE or above; experiences in similar administrative roles are an advantage.
Familiarity with computer operations and applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word), and Chinese Word Processing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Proficient in both English and Chinese writing.
Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Immediate availability for work is an absolute advantage.
