Our Company is looking for an experienced compliance professional to provide on-going support to the compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Review and assist in the research of regulatory changes and requirements, assess the implications to business, and make reasoned recommendations to senior management.
• Co-ordinate with various department on various risk and compliance projects, including but not limited to areas of AML compliance, ESG initiatives, new product initiatives and process review etc.
• Support on-going compliance work such as policy review, review of marketing materials, and execution of compliance plan etc.
• Review KYC documents during the client onboarding process as well as on-going process in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
• Provide compliance training to staff to raise the compliance awareness.

Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of compliance experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management industry.  AML experience and/or qualification is preferable.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations, including AML regulation, SFC and MPFA regulations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills is required.
