We are a global leader in the design, development, and manufacture of industrial laser systems and solutions for the smartphone, electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, and automotive industries. To support our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Financial Controller to join our team reporting to CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely consolidated financial statements of regional subsidiaries in accordance with accounting standards and company regulations.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and operational review reporting.
• Perform reconciliation of intercompany accounts, develop and enhance internal control policies and compliance within the group.
• Implement ERP system development and upgrade projects related to accounting for the region.
• Handle the annual audit of the group and liaise with external auditors.
• Perform ad hoc task as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Qualified in HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 years solid experience in accounting and consolidation, preferably headquarter/regional role or audit. Some IPO or funding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Yonyou ERP would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork spirit.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Accountant role.
• Working location will be at the Science Park - HKSTP.
