職責範圍
- 提供維修、修理服務和改裝服務的支持
- 負責準備提案、招標、採購申請和訂單
- 組織和維護良好的文件管理系統
- 與客戶保持良好的關係
- 根據需要執行臨時職責
- 另外，提供建議和解決方案，以確保設施運行效率，包括增加銷售機會
- 支持提案以支持建議和解決方案

要求資格
必備資歷
- 持有機械/機電或相關證書/文憑, 或沒有學歷要求但具備相關工作經驗
- 3年相關的行政和秘書支持經驗，有建築服務或工程相關行業的經驗將會優先考慮
- 良好粵語、一般英語
- 持有相關建造業工人註冊證
- 持有建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)
優先考慮
- 能獨立處理安裝工程、維修及保養工作
- 具良好客戶服務態度
- 具良好工作態度及有責任心
