Our client is a leading Service provider with strong presence and track record ing Hong Kong.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in services sales, particularly within the financial services or government/public sector. This individual contributor role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to drive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services or government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contract negotiations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
• Minimum of 12 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years experiences in sales, with a focus on services sales with at least HKD 10M annual target, and consistently achieving it.
• Proven experience in the financial services or government/public sector.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
