WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Comprehensive Training: Begin with an intensive onboarding session to familiarize yourself with our business, followed by structured on-the-job training.

Diverse Rotations: Experience three cross-functional rotations, including one frontline or operations assignment and at least one product assignment, to broaden your expertise.

Performance Tracking: Benefit from a systematic evaluation system. After each rotation, participants will present an overview of their work and accomplishments.

Mentorship & Coaching: Receive personalized guidance and support from mentors and coaches throughout the program. Mentors and coaches are senior managers in the industry.

SKY Community Events: Collaborate, share experiences, and grow alongside peers in the SKY community through a series of workshops and events.

Leadership in Excellence: Act as an ambassador for business process excellence projects, driving impactful initiatives.

Intra-national Opportunities: Explore the possibility of national rotations to enhance your global perspective in Greater China.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• All disciplines are welcomed; University graduate or will graduate between June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to thrive in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Passionate and creative in approaching tasks, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrates the capacity and ambition to develop leadership skills.
• Open to relocating and flexible with long-term career placements.
