Our western client is based in Wan Chai and currently looking for a Temporary Admin person.


  • Caring company that takes care of its employees. Admin/Secretarial work
  • Supporting Operations Manager, diary management, standard office ops duties


Responsibilities

  • Provide all-rounded office admin support, including managing office supplies, handling couriers, and filing
  • Support team by performing tasks related to project management
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Coordinate operations by arranging with different global teams


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience is preferred, preferably in an international company
  • Willing to learn, responsible, detail-minded, team work player
  • Cantonese, Mandarin and English are REQUIRED
  • Good use of online computer software and apps
