Assistant Finance Manager - Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

  • Advice and support regional offices on AR operational matters
  • Produce timely and accurate AR performance evaluations reports and analysis for management
  • Provide system support and to handle ad-hoc requests from regional offices and third-party agents
  • Assist on system implementation/enhancement as the role will be involved in various system projects
  • Assist the AR month-end closing

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting or related discipline
  • HKICPA/ACCA/ CPAA qualification is a plus but not a must
  • At least 5 years' work experience in the Accounting field
  • Knowledge in retail industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner, be able to navigate through various systems
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
