Check and review health claims to ensure claim quality and service benchmarks are met
Monitor the execution of Claims Practices to ensure claims decision consistency and accuracy
Handle enquires and complaints from customers including agency, brokerage, policyholders and members, to provide professional advice and services on claim related issues
Assist in preparing complaint investigation and coordinate with teams to make prompt settlement to customers
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years of working experience and working experience in claims is a must
University degree in a relevant field
Fluent in English and Cantonese
