Your new company

A Well Established Foreign Bank is looking for a Deputy Team Head of Branch Management and Operations.

Your new role

  • Assist the Team Head with daily branch operations and oversee various bank-wide activities, including customer service, account maintenance, customer information processing, cheque clearing, inward/outward payments, loan processing, and FX/MM settlement.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, focusing on resolving complex issues, transaction processing, and enhancing customer experience by interpreting policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for retail and corporate banking clients' enquiries and account maintenance services.
  • Lead the implementation of new banking systems to meet the operational requirements of the team and ensure efficient transaction processing.
  • Prepare reports and provide regional support to overseas offices for their business needs.
  • Support administrative support and assist the team with ad-hoc projects or assignments.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor Degree holder in a related field
  • 8+ years of working experience in Retail Banking Branch Operations and Client Services within the banking industry. **Corporate banking experience will be a PLUS**
  • Good knowledge of credit/ loan products, payment operations, remittance, account opening and maintenance for Retail banking
  • Knowledge in system enhancement, upgrade, core banking system implementation, UAT for operations processing.
  • Experience in client servicing will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin
