Key Responsibilities:

1、Overall manage the whole process of ICT project bidding, leading virtual teams that involving different parties, including sales, SE, legal, finance and external partners, etc.

2、Guiding customers through the preparation of bidding documents, execution of project bidding, and business delivery. Provides full support for the Lead to Cash (LTC) process.

3、Handle procurement activities in ICT project and act as contact point between internal parties and external suppliers on order processing from local and overseas suppliers.

4、Develop DICT ecosystem to meet company’s business development goal and Prepare proposal and present to the management team.

5、To help overseas region and office to build up its own ability with types of training or other approaches.

Requirements :

1. Degree or above in Computer Science, Communication, Electronic Information, Network Security or related disciplines 
2. Have at least 5 years and above experience in bidding for ICT type projects
3. Familiar with ICT business process and able to provide full support from LTC process
4. Hold a PMP, CCNP or equivalent level certification 
5. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office software, especially Excel, Powerpoint.
6. Fast learner with excellent analytical and presentation skills 
7. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
