Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and system workflows.
• Prioritize tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Lead end-to-end development of new features, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and lead the development team, providing guidance and support.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Conduct system testing and validation procedures with the QA team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology (I.T.), or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of working experience in software development
• Proficiency in the following programming languages: Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing is an advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience in the lending business domain is a plus
