Responsibilities
- Identify gaps or opportunities for the Digital Direct Distribution Channel through market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour analysis.
- Align with the Customer Insight team and Product Proposition team to determine the right persona and market segment in Digital Direct Distribution.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Transformation and Growth Department to develop and execute customer engagement strategies. This includes enhancing the end-to-end customer digital sales journey and creating targeted campaigns to drive customer interactions through various activities for product promotion and customer retention.
- Engage in the Product Steering Committee for new Digital Direct product development.
- Prepare and report on the performance of Digital Direct Distribution to senior management and other stakeholders regularly.
- Assist and participate in any ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- With 8 yrs relevant insurance business qualifications or equivalent. (With working experience in Marketing, Digital Distribution, insurance product is highly preferred.)
- Strong business acumen, numeric sense, and attention to detail.
- Mature with excellent presentation
- Preference given to actuarial, consulting, or insurance product background
- Good knowledge in Insurance principles and cost-benefit analysis.
- Good communication, problem solving skills and coaching skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
