Your new role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for leading the media team

• Oversee and guide the media team in arranging and managing media interviews, coordinating with interviewees, and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets.
• Efficiently allocate team resources and workforce for various projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead on-site logistics and provide comprehensive support for press events.
• Arrange and conduct interviews with doctors and healthcare professionals to gather insights for healthcare-related articles and columns.
• Prepare high-quality press materials, including press releases and invitations, and manage follow-up activities after media events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, identifying new opportunities to amplify our message.
• Contribute to cross-departmental campaigns and initiatives as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 or more years of relevant working experience in a medical agency/ pharma company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Experience in media relations, event coordination, and content creation, especially in healthcare or related fields
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities
• Result oriented to exceed job expectations
• Proactive, self-motivated with passion to overcome challenges
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, being fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
