Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Wholesale Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our wholesale clients. This role focuses on increasing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in wholesale or B2B account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with wholesale clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within existing and new wholesale accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Negotiation: Develop and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms tailored to wholesale clients.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues efficiently and professionally.
Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, account growth, and market trends; prepare regular reports for management.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure product availability, promotional alignment, and consistent branding.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wholesale, account management, or B2B sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data and create strategic sales plans.
Experience in CRM and inventory management systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
