We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader / Solution Architect to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level implementations, particularly with MS Dynamics, and will have experience working in a multi-national company. This role requires fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, as the candidate will be working with local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using MS Dynamics.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture for complex projects.
Solution Architecture:
Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct system analysis, design, and integration to ensure seamless implementation of MS Dynamics solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the overall architecture.
Project Implementation:
Lead end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Manage and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and technical challenges.
Multi-National Experience:
Leverage experience working in a multi-national company to navigate complex organizational structures and cultural differences.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical leadership or solution architecture roles.
Proven track record of implementing MS Dynamics in enterprise environments.
Experience working in a multi-national company is essential.
Deep understanding of MS Dynamics (CRM/ERP) and its integration with other enterprise systems.
Certification in MS Dynamics is a must.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
Worked in Bank or Insurance company is highly preferred
