What You Will Do:

• Conduct software and product testing projects for Backend Systems, Web Application, IoT Projects, Mobile Apps, etc
• To design, develop, execute and maintain test plan, test data
• To review and analyse test results and exercises
• Analyse failures & collaborating with the software engineering team to investigate the root cause
• Prepare documentation summarizing test results and providing clear status reports
• Act as a key interface between developers & end users/clients
• Work closely with Head of Product to ensure timely completion of QA elements
• Assist Team Lead to work with software developers to produce high-quality products
• To develop and maintain QA guidelines and process documentation
• Any ad hoc projects if assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• A higher diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or other related discipline.
• 2+ years working experience on web and mobile (iOS, Android) applications. Exposure to various testing methodologies and areas of focus, including automated testing, regression testing, ad-hoc testing, security testing, user interface testing, integration testing and user acceptance. Fresh Grad candidates can also be considered.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-departmental communication abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and to independently complete work and track progress.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• PLUS: Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript (React or Angular), Java, along with familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
