Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders on people plans, including recruitment, manpower planning, talent development performance management and staff related events
  • Provide professional advice and service to leadership team for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development
  • Provide timely human resources related advice, guidance and handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities
  • Proactively engage in HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key requirements:

  • Degree qualified with a minimum 8 years HR generalist experience gained from well-known companies
  • Strong business acumen and proficient in Hong Kong laws & regulations. Experience in retail sector is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels are key to success in this role
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently
