Work closely with stakeholders on people plans, including recruitment, manpower planning, talent development performance management and staff related events
Provide professional advice and service to leadership team for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development
Provide timely human resources related advice, guidance and handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities
Proactively engage in HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key requirements:
Degree qualified with a minimum 8 years HR generalist experience gained from well-known companies
Strong business acumen and proficient in Hong Kong laws & regulations. Experience in retail sector is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels are key to success in this role
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Ability to work independently
