The Project Manager is r esponsible for overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

The challenge is to:

• Lead project planning efforts, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams to facilitate project execution and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues to keep the project on track
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that the project is delivered within financial constraints
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future projects based on lessons learned

Do you have experience in Project Management?  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar HR technologies are preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and systems is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
