Position Overview:

We are seeking an ESG officer to support our commitment to robust Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. This role will involve comprehensive ESG data analysis and assisting with community and branding activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our ESG initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
   • Gather, analyze, and follow up with internal stakeholders, Business Units, on ESG key performance data.
   • Ensure accurate reporting and effective communication of ESG metrics and outcomes.
2. ESG Training and Coordination
   • Assist in the organization and coordination of ESG-related internal training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
   • Foster a culture of awareness and engagement around ESG initiatives within the organization.
3. Community Engagement
   • Support the execution of community engagement activities to strengthen relationships with community partners.
   • Collaborate on initiatives that promote our commitment to social responsibility and community partnership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in ESG related fields.
• Strong analytical, research skills with experience in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement with the ability to effectively prepare and present status reports
• Knowledge of ESG principles and practices is preferred. Sound knowledge of Environmental assessment is preferable
