With Macros, we are an integrated business specializing in interior fit-outs, A&A work and, custom-made furniture products. Our building projects range from commercial offices, education institutions, luxury residential, and retail stores to large-scale leisure complexes, and a growing number of government & NGO establishments which are built to international green building and energy efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Expertise in pricing and practical experience in tendering;

- Preparation of tenders, quotations, specifications, tests and progress reports etc;

- Review, analyze and negotiate contracts terms with vendors or subcontractors;

- Handle post-contractual services, including the measurement of works, the preparation of interim and final accounts, and the settlement of contractual claims;

- Assist with site administration

Job Requirement:

- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

- Min 2 years or above relevant experience with a main contractor or consultancy firm (More experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor )

- Member of HKIS or RICS will be an advantage

- Willing to learn, proactive, self-motived and able to work under pressure

- Good liaison skills with various consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality output

- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc) 

- Immediately available if preferred
