Job Description

• Develop captivating content for social media channels, including images, graphics, videos, and written text.
• Create fresh, creative, and fun content for scheduled posts that align with our brand identity.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, CRM system, and strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and gather visitor data to identify areas for improvement.
• Submit content for approval before deadlines and make necessary revisions as required. Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Implement SEO best practices for content creation to improve visibility and rankings on search engines like Google. Perform background research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• Matriculated or above.
• Understanding on e-commerce, e-shop, online and social media advertising is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Photoshop / Adobe Illustration will be an advantage
• Hardworking, self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and detail minded.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical skills, strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
