Are you an enthusiastic and motivated talent looking to make a difference? We’re on the hunt for an HR Associate to join our vibrant Human Resources team in Hong Kong! This role offers a fantastic opportunity for wide HR exposure and the chance to lead exciting new projects.
 

Your Role & Responsibilities

Talent Attraction (15%)

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.

HR Operations (25%)

• Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions.
• Manage employee records and maintain our HRIS.
• Help process payroll and benefits administration.
• Update HR policies and procedures.

Strengthening Company Culture and Employee Experience (25%)

• Organize engaging employee activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Office Admin Support (25%)

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate office events and meetings.

Ad-hoc Projects (10%)

• Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• All-rounded HR experience is a plus!
• Knowledge of HR practices and policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-confident, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
