Senior Education Specialist – Physiotherapy (Hong Kong, Regional Role)

We are seeking an exceptional  Senior Education Specialist  to lead clinical training across our physiotherapy clinics in Hong Kong, Singapore, The Philippines, India, and beyond.

About the Role

As  Senior Education Specialist , you will develop and implement training programs, mentor physiotherapists, and ensure clinical excellence across multiple markets. This role requires an actively practicing physiotherapist with leadership experience and a global outlook.  You will be expected to continue practicing physiotherapy to maintain hands-on expertise and stay connected to the latest clinical advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a  regional training strategy  to standardize best practices.
• Design and lead  CPD courses, workshops, and mentorship programs .
• Conduct in-person and virtual  training sessions across Asia .
• Ensure compliance with  clinical and regulatory standards .
• Stay at the forefront of  research and innovation in physiotherapy .

Qualifications & Requirements

• International experience  is mandatory.
• 15+ years of clinical experience  ( orthopaedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions)
• Proven leadership in  physiotherapy training .
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• English as a mother tongue  is required;  Mandarin speaker preferred .
• Willingness to  travel regionally .

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: HKD 20,000/month + Commission.
