Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement detailed testing strategies and cases for AI-driven systems and web applications that utilize Generative AI technologies, including chatbots.
• Design, manage, and run automated test scripts alongside manual testing methods to assess system functions.
• Detect, record, and monitor bugs, working closely with development teams to address issues and enhance system quality.
• Perform various testing types such as performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser to guarantee a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Assess AI models for fairness, bias, and ethical implications, while also tracking live systems for performance changes, offering insights for retraining or optimization.
• Deliver constructive feedback aimed at improving system quality and user satisfaction, while keeping abreast of QA best practices.
• Work in collaboration with diverse teams to grasp requirements and produce high-quality AI solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly with AI or machine learning technologies, ideally in large-scale system integration or data-centric projects.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning principles, natural language processing, the AI model lifecycle, and performance evaluation metrics.
• Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs, along with proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium and API testing platforms like Postman.
• Experience with agile methodologies and various testing strategies, including UI, regression, and performance assessments.
• Driven, creative thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, capable of working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
