• Design and maintain observability tools.
• Collaborate closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure observability tools effectively cover critical applications and platforms, enabling timely identification of potential root causes and problem areas during incidents.
• Build dashboards and alerts to meet the requirements of application owners.
• Review the Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for mission-critical applications.
• Mentor and train application users on observability practices.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks to improve efficiency.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A proven track record in delivering observability tools.
• Familiarity with observability frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
