Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project lifecycle, from high-level system design and analysis to system implementation, enhancement, UAT, and deployment.
• Conduct detailed business analysis and gather user requirements for eCommerce systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions, create test plans, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including requirement specifications, to support system development and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis, preferably within retail systems.
• Proven expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as MySQL, Java, and JavaScript; prior experience in product development or UAT is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in software testing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
